What is Polynucleotide?
New generation biological skin renewal
Polynucleotide is purified nucleic acid fragments obtained from salmon DNA. When injected into the skin, it triggers cell renewal, initiates DNA-level healing, and activates the skin's own healing mechanisms.
Unlike fillers and mesotherapy, polynucleotide doesn't add volume — instead, it renews the skin tissue from within. It activates fibroblast cells, gradually increases collagen and elastin synthesis, and improves micro-circulation.
It has been the most popular application of the last 2 years, especially for dark under-eye circles, fine wrinkles, skin laxity, acne scars, and general skin quality. Rejuran (Korea) is the global standard, Plinest (Italy) is the European alternative.

Filler adds volume, polynucleotide renews skin tissue from within. While filler provides instantly visible results, polynucleotide provides gradual and natural renewal. They serve different purposes.
